Money Back Guarantee:
We only sell authentic products through our website, but occasionally when the item is received it may not meet the purchasers expectations. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the relevant item to us within 20 days and you will receive a full refund of your money (excluding delivery costs and insurance). The only proviso is that the item must still be in its original condition and the return must be contained within the original packaging.
Returns & Refund Policy:
There may be occasion where the product upon its receipt by the purchaser is found to be defective, or damaged in the delivery process, through no fault of the sender or the receiver. In this event you must return the relevant item to us within 10 days of its receipt and we will replace that item within the following 10 days. Or if you nominate, we will provide a full refund of your money (excluding delivery charges and insurance), provided the defective or damaged item is returned to us.
Product Availablity
If a product purchased is not available then you (the customer) will be contacted within 48 hours for us to make alternative arrangements with you.

Delivery:
Your product will be delivered to you within 20 days of receiving your order and often much sooner. Delivery must be made to a street address (not a post office box) and would generally need to be signed for upon receipt. If the product arrives in anything less than perfect condition, or if you have any misgivings upon its receipt, please call us immediately and we will make certain that either our money back guarantee or returns policy is fully instituted. Delivery pricing is dependant on each product, and is displayed within the description of each product in the shopping cart.
